"Try To Be A Rainbow In Someone's Cloud" Maya Angelou
Hi, I'm Katie and I'm grateful to connect.
I'm a woman inspired by love, bravery, passion, creativity, nature, family, animals, native traditions, friends, gratitude and all things that make my heart feel joyful.
I'm also a accredited Hay House Coach & Workshop Leader, Project Happiness Ambassador, Rainbows For Children Coach and Holistic Practitioner having certified in Sound & Color Healing, Master Reiki, Breatharian Healing & Emotional Freedom Tapping Practitioner.
I’m proud to have created No, Rain, No Rainbows, an empowering, collaborative sisterhood that has touched hundreds of incredible beings and is committed to connecting with many more to help end low self worth amongst women and children affected by violence.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been inspired by the human potential to overcome adversity. I wanted to know, what exactly is it that makes people genuinely happy, love themselves and feel enough. Why do some people struggle while others find a way to thrive, often despite the most challenging circumstances?
After turning vegetarian in 2007, I decided it was time to sell my Delicatessen and follow my calling to serve those who had low self worth. I realized that my traumatic life experiences were a strength, not a liability and that I could use them to help others.
I gave up the security of the 9-5, began volunteering, furthered holistic study and gifting one to one sessions and workshops to non profit organizations supporting women and children affected by violence, while slowly building a coaching business from the ground up.
I had found my purpose. Suddenly all those life experiences were turned from a negative to a blessing and being put to good use. For me, I choose to see these personal experiences as gifts that helped me grow stronger and to create more love, acceptance and happiness in my life. No Rain, No Rainbows has allowed me the privilege, honor, and blessing to be able to help others facing their own challenges. Not just to provide a tool-kit for the stormy days or help them to find their own ways to overcome adversity and the surprises of life, but also to teach them methods they can implement to fill their own lives with a sense of ease, self-trust, empowerment and happiness. There is no more beautiful gift then when someone realizes that the pot of gold they have been searching for externally has always been within.
Much Love Katie
