OUR VISION

800

Women &

Children

Despite the many challenges people, communities, animals and our planet are experiencing right now, there feels a unique opportunity and necessity to create and share inspiring content, compassion and connection, so that all of humanity, especially the younger generations can connect and have reverence to their unique beauty, and the beauty of the world around them.

No Rain, No Rainbows has already exceeded our targets so far in supporting over 800 women and children in our first year, developing increased self worth through our programs and one to one mentoring sessions, with a growing, global community just shy of 700 women in a private Facebook group, who inspire and support each other daily.

No Rain, No Rainbows realizes that to expand our reach both locally and globally in the current climate we would do well to extend our offering by providing animal assisted therapy and alternative education delivered virtually and by community engagement.

Set in 8 acres, inside the beautiful grounds of Amitola Wonderland, South of Indianapolis,  No Rain, No Rainbows is excitedly making plans and raising funds to build a humble sized miniature animal therapy farm.  Luna Ray is No Rain, No Rainbows resident Therapy Dog and as soon as we achieve our goals we will be bringing home two gentle, loveable, Dinky Donkeys to join our Rainbows Animal Therapy Family.

I feel focused and driven to bring this vision to life, confident that with the help and support of the Rainbows Team and Community we can bring this vision to life.   If this connects with your heart and you would like to know more then please reach out and connect.

Help comes in all forms.  If you can contribute financially please do.  then magical, maybe you’re amazing at fundraising, social media, marketing, copywriting!

No Rain, No Rainbows mission is to sprinkle rainbows into cloudy days for women and tiddlywinks that are having an unbearably tough time.

No Rain, No Rainbows is committed to helping women and children in Indiana and also extend our reach globally through our Virtual Community, through connection to nature, rainbow food, therapy animals and our Happiness School teaching social and emotional skills to help navigate the storms of life.

Time for Change

We believe the key to improve our society is teaching social and emotional intelligence.  With love, guidance and support, women and children begin to realize they already possess the tools to live happier, more inspired lives.

The programs help to build their confidence and self worth, they reconnect to themselves and others, provide a tool kit to manage the not so good days better and make calmer, healthier, more conscious choices that positively impact every area of their lives.

Why we do

In 2019 the World Health Organization statistics showed us that more women and children are experiencing Rape, Domestic Abuse, Self-Harming, Bullying, Addiction, Eating Disorders, Mental Abuse, Depression, Suicide and Anxiety.

  1. More than 1 in 3 women (35.6%) in the U.S. report having experienced rape, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner in their lifetime. (source)

  2. Nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States. During one year, this adds up to more than 10 million women and men.

  3. 85% of domestic violence victims are female.

  4. Approximately 5 million children are exposed to domestic violence every year. Children exposed are more likely to attempt suicide, abuse drugs and alcohol, run away from home, engage in teenage prostitution, and commit sexual assault crimes.

The numbers may be staggering, but there are so many great organizations working to both end Domestic Violence and support its victims that we believe together we can make this change.

Praise.

Joanne

Lots of life changing ideas to put into place/practice.

Helping with my anxiety and depression and physical symptoms - slowly becoming more mobile.  The workshop for me was very enlightening. Thankyou for all your support.

Debbie

Even when challenges arrive, I feel a sense of calm rather than panic, and visualize a positive outcome.  No matter what your issues, situations, beliefs, concerns or fears, the workshops are run with love and passion and a energy which is infectious and inspirational.

A huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I felt it's time for me to come out of my shell and not allow others to dominate me my life. I am healing, I now have a peace about myself and I'm starting to think in a calm and positive way. This is a big step forwards for me.
